Marriage License Requirements-

St. Barthelemy Marriage License Laws:

  • You must reside on the island for a minimum of 41 days.
  • An approved lawyer must translate your birth certificate in French.
  • Pre-marital certificate in French performed by a doctor, signed and approved by French Consulate.

Identification Needed for St. Barthelemy Marriage License:

  • Custom certificate obtained at the French consulate
  • Photocopies of both passports required
